    Health and fitness are her passion!  Jill has been teaching and training athletes in the health and fitness industry since 1981. She's certified with AFAA as both personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  She is CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 trainer as well as a CrossFit Kids Trainer.  She is certified in Turbo Kick, Zumba, Group Barbell, Sports Nutrition, Bootcamp, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, and Youth Fitness.  Yeah, she can do it all.  And this is just some of her credentials.

    Jill has been a successful Pro NGA Figure Competitor for six years (retired in 2016) and has now switched her focus on sharing her knowledge with those seeking to make a change both mentally and physically.
