Blueprint to Gut Health Support Kit: A Functional Medicine Support Program
In today’s fast paced world, things like stress, too much sugar, a diet low in dietary fiber, excessive drinking, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAIDS) use, and food sensitivities all contribute to Leaky Gut; Leaky Gut Syndrome causes incomplete digested nutrients, toxins, bacteria, and waste to “leak” through the intestines into the bloodstream. The foreign substances entering the blood can cause an autoimmune response in the body, including inflammatory and allergic reactions, such as respiratory and digestive issues, headaches, joint pain, skin conditions, and more. We believe that you must have excellent bioavailable digestible supplementation to have success in healing your microbiome. In order to ensure this, we break this supplemental regimen into 3 phases:
Phase 1 Heal & Seal:
Our initial phase of care (Heal & Seal) the microbiome needs the ideal protein for those challenged with LGS. We provide that with our Bone Broth Protein or our No Grain plant based protein for vegetarians. We also use a combination of herbal formulas and amino acids as a fuel source and a precursor for growth of cells of the GI mucosal lining and assistance against gut pathogens like candida and parasitic infections. This will help put an end to the pathogen feeding frenzy that destroys the intestine lining of the digestive tract promoting increased permeability.
Phase 2 Clear (detoxing and de-stressing):
In this phase, we reduce stress, and eliminate toxins. We continue to provide supplemental resources in the form of a complete protein, that can stabilize our blood- sugar levels and allow ourselves to enter a state of deep cleansing and healing. We also use an exceptional formulation of antioxidants, minerals, and nutrients designed to support a healthy response to environmental toxins, especially heavy-metal toxicity. These ingredients are used to support the metabolism in detoxification of heavy metals, insecticide, herbicides, and pesticides as well as hazardous household products that we are exposed to daily. We also provide a 100% herbal blend that is great for killing anything related to viral or bacterial causing microorganisms. This formula also helps boost the immune system, regenerate, and heal cells. Since stress is so chronically elevated in today’s world, it’s critically important to take steps to reduce it. If you can bring cortisol back into balance it’s a big step in the right direction. Bringing your body out of a scarcity-stressed state and pushing it towards a state of high energy and balance is important for your health. We provide a supplement that can help you achieve that. Our synergistic blend of adaptogenic herbs supports a more balanced response to ongoing stress, regulating stress hormones and cortisol production in order to prevent adrenal fatigue and HPA axis dysfunction. Adaptogens also help modulate cellular sensitivity to stress hormones, thereby encouraging a healthy response to stress overall.
Phase 3 Rebuild (Restoring and Replenishing):
The first thing we need to do is call in the “carpenters” to rebuild. These carpenters are referred to as healthy bacteria. Keep in mind, however, that healthy bacteria require a healthy intestinal lining, so treating a leaky gut and stabilizing your digestion is an ongoing process alongside maintaining the right balance of gut bacteria. To accomplish this, you must repopulate the digestive system with the proper probiotics, balance the acidity, and boost the immunity of the body. We accomplish this by reintroducing the balance of a healthy digestive tract by addressing its acidifying factors by balancing hydrochloric acids, providing proteolytic enzymes, and increasing digestive enzymes naturally through herbal bitters. Last, but certainly not least, we use our specific Immune formula that helps modulate a normal immune response by using proline-rich polypeptides also known as PRPs. This helps the immune system by supporting the IgG antibodies all while providing a revolutionary plant protein blend featuring well-tolerated, vegan protein sources to provide a well-balanced amino acid profile in a high protein formula for complete nutritional support.
